Middle Mouse Button + CTRL=== Smooth Zoom in and out view port

G === Move Tool
With move on x or y or z sets the move on a specific axis
R === Rotate tool
With rotate on x or y or z sets the rotation on a specific axis.
S === Scale tool
With scale on x or y or z set the scale on a specific axis.
T === Object Tools window open / close
N === Transform and View port window controls
If you do not have a 3 button Mouse go File/ User Preferences/ Input
check Emulate 3 button Mouse
If you have a number pad on your key board go File/ User Preferences/ Input
check Emulate Number Pad
Hold Shift and Scroll any value will change the value slowly
